Lindos was once an important and prosperous city within Ancient Greece. Explore the town’s charms, with an option of an interactive Acropolis tour with a tablet for each reservation reference on this morning tour.

As you approach Lindos, there is no mistaking the mountaintop fortress of the Acropolis above, imposingly perched over 120 metres above the sea. Take some time to explore the narrow cobbled streets and charming whitewashed buildings of the town, with the help of your guide.

Such was the importance of Rhodes and Lindos throughout the centuries, that the Knights of St John erected the medieval fortress walls in the 13th century – protecting the treasures of the ancient Acropolis within them. Firstly, you’ll travel back through the centuries at ancient Kamiros. The well-preserved streets and remains of the adjacent agora and acropolis will give you a real sense of how the residents went about their daily lives in the 5th century BC – all brought to life with fascinating anecdotes by your guide.

Next up is Embona – the highest village in Rhodes – where you'll have free time for lunch. After a wine tasting, we’ll continue to Siana, a pretty mountain-side settlement, then coastal Gennadi for a coffee and an insight into local life.

Variety is the name of the game on this vastly contrasted excursion. Get back to nature at a renowned nature reserve, before a visit to the completely unspoilt and sleepy island of Chalki.

Journey to Rhodes’s fertile interior in the morning, headed to the ecological sanctuary that is Butterfly Valley. At this Europe-renowned nature reserve, walk under the canopy of the forest, alongside waterfalls and ponds rich in wildlife. From mid-June to mid-September this is home to hundreds of thousands of Callimorpha butterflies, attracted by the resin of its storax trees. They make for quite the spectacle.

Afterwards, it’s back to the coast where you’ll board your boat to Chalki. This sleepy island has pretty houses scattered around the harbour where small fishing boats are moored. Take a walk around and enjoy this idyllic island and get a feel for traditional Greek island living. There’ll also be time for a refreshing afternoon swim in Chalki’s crystal-clear waters.

First you will learn about the history of Hippocrates by visiting the Asklepeion, an ancient hospital, dedicated to the God of Health, Asklepeios.

After we scale the mountains to the traditional village of Zia, which looks over the island, providing panoramic views. Here you can visit the quaint, traditional craft shops and the Natural Park with its birds, goats and other different animals of Kos, or maybe stop for a coffee break in one of the many cafes, while taking in the unbeatable view. Continuing through the mountains, we visit Pyli with its fresh mountain spring.
Next we head to Kefalos where we stop at Kamari Bay. Here you will have time to enjoy the crystal clear waters at one of the best beaches on the island or have a meal at the beach tavern.

Last but not least we visit Antimahia, in the middle of the island, with the oldest active windmill of Kos and a traditional greek house.

Nissyros, one of the smallest islands of the Dodecanese, still untouched from today’s modernism, is rich in unparalleled natural beauties and cultural heritage. It leads its life between the white painted narrow streets of its capital Mandraki and the semi-wild nature of the Volcanic Valley.

Have your breath taken away as our guide accompanies you in the coach, driving up 2000 feet to the highest point of the mountain for a visit to the volcano, one of the few dormant volcano’s in the world. Experience the incredible panoramic view before starting the descent to the crater, where you will feel the volcano alive, bubbling under foot and see the sculpture springs hissing.

The visit of the island is not complete without a homage to the old Byzantine Castle, which hosts the Monastery of Virgin Mary, carved into the rock. Myth has it that the monastery was established by regretted pirates who became its first monks.

As a special highlight we will as well visit the traditional and picturesque mountain village Nikia during our stay in the island.

Our starting point from the harbor of Mastichari in just 40 minutes anchors at the port of Kalymnos in Pothia where you can visit the sponge plant following the sponge process and learn everything around it. We also give you plenty of time to walk in the small streets of the city. If you want, you can buy a souvenir for your loved ones in one of the many shops or even cool off with some ice cream or soft drinks.

We then visit Vathy, a picturesque harbor with beautiful small boats, where you will be able to take stunning pictures in a spectacular scenery. As our intermediary station of our excursion is the island of Platis. A small island without inhabitants, surrounded by crystal clear waters, with a beautiful small chapel that completes the picturesque scenery. You will have the chance to dive from the boat and appreciate the perfect crystal clear waters.

With our stopover station, we visit the island of Pserimos, a small traditional fishing village with a large white beach surrounded by clear blue waters, giving you the opportunity to relax under the cherished Mediterranean sun or even try an ouzo with some traditional snacks at Some of the beautiful small taverns.
