  • Travellers will receive all essential information about the chain offer package before concluding the package travel vouchers.• The itinerary is indicative and it is possible that Mythos holidays may change the series of islands & tours in order to provide the best of our services to travellers without removing any of the tour bookings.
  • Full itinerary will be confirmed within 72 hours from the booking. Confirmation will include all the parts of the package: Accommodation, Transfers, tours, boat tickets and in case it is activity package the activities are including except the itinerary. Itinerary will be confirmed 15 days the latest before the arrival as during season Tours/activities/boat schedules are changing according to the needs of the provider or the ferry company. Mythos holidays ensure that all the booked tours and activities will be included in the itinerary as it is presented in every package.
  • Accommodation confirmation will be also sent within 72 hours from the booking date and it will be according the hotel that client have booked. Any chain offer package is describing the accommodation type (Hotel 2* or 3* etc.), room type, board basis and the location of the hotel. Clients may request to upgrade room type or board basis in the hotel paying the extra amount that will be charged from Mythos holidays.
  • Clients can book optional excursions or rent a car in discounted rates during the booking and till 30 days before arrival in the destination. Less than 30 days none discount will be applied. In both cases clients MUST inform Mythos holidays with the booking reference of the package in order to add it in their itinerary. Mythos holidays have no responsibility in case clients will not inform and may they will not be able to participate in the tour.
  • Mythos holidays have the right to amend the itinerary of the package when the clients are in destinations in case of bad weather forecast that may will put in danger return flight of the client. In this case Mythos holidays call center will provide full detailed information and the clients should confirm if they accept or not the change by mail. Extra charges may apply but Mythos holidays will try to avoid them. In case clients will not accept the change and lose their return flight Mythos holidays has no responsibility and none amount will be refunded to the client.• There is always at least one trader who is liable for the proper performance of all the travel services included in the contract.• Travellers are given an emergency number or details of a contact point where they can get in touch with Mythos holidays 24/7.• Travellers may transfer the package to another person, on reasonable notice and possibly subject to additional costs.• The price of the package may only be increased if specific costs rise like fuel prices, VAT tax if expressly provided for in the contract, and in any event not later than 45 days before the start of the package. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the price of the package, the traveller may terminate the contract. If the organizer reserves the right to a price increase, the traveller has a right to a price reduction if there is a decrease in the relevant costs.       • Mythos holidays is guarantee the type accommodation in stars/board/room type/ area/  ac • Accommodation Tax is not included in any package of Mythos holidays and is paid direct from the client upon arrival in the reception of the hotel.• Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee and get a full refund of any payments if any of the essential elements of the package, other than the price, are changed significantly. If before the start of the package the trader responsible for the package cancels the package, travellers are entitled to a refund and compensation where appropriate.• Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee before the start of the package in the event of exceptional circumstances, for instance if there are serious security problems at the destination which are likely to affect the package• Additionally, travellers may at any time before the start of the package terminate the contract in return for an appropriate and justifiable termination fee.

    • If, after the start of the package, significant elements of the package cannot be provided as agreed, suitable alternative arrangements will have to be offered to the traveller at no extra cost. Travellers may terminate the contract without paying any termination fee, where services are not performed in accordance with the contract and this substantially affects the performance of the package and the organiser fails to remedy the problem.

    • Travellers are also entitled to a price reduction or compensation for damages or both where the travel services are not performed or are improperly performed.

    • The organizer has to provide assistance if the traveller is in difficulty.

    • If the organizer or the retailer becomes insolvent, payments will be refunded. If the organizer or, where applicable, the retailer becomes insolvent after the start of the package and if transport is included in the package, repatriation of the travellers is secured.

  • Mythos holidays has no responsibility in case telephone number or mail address are not correct in the submit form of the client.
  • Mythos holidays ensure the best quality of services during the clients stay. Any complain must send written to Mythos holidays while the client is in the destination or by informing our call center by phone in emergency line 24/7. After departure from the destination without informing Mythos holidays none complain can be accepted.
