| A wonderful day sailing aboard a traditional 60-foot (18 meters) vessel commencing from St Anna Port just 7km from the main town of Naxos. Transfers to St. Anna port can be arranged by taxi from your hotel or it can be prebooked (cost not included) We need to be at the port by 9.30 in the morning for your sailing trip from the port of St Anna. The vessel heads out to the uninhabited “Kato Koufonisi“ island. Sit back relax or enjoy swimming in turquoise waters among the natural unspoilt beauty of this small island. The vessel does not dock and a small level of fitness is required using the boat ladder with captains’ assistance. As you are enjoying walking or swimming in clear tropical like waters, your barbeque lunch is being prepared. Enjoy your meal with complimentary house wine, a cold soft drink or water offered by the captain. Sail to nearby inhabited “Ano Koufonisi“ island for three (3) hours stay at your leisure to explore the only town and enjoy a swim at any of its sandy beaches. Ano Koufonisi island has become very popular with visitors as it is small and can only cater for a limited number of holiday makers. Head back to Naxos Island and the port of commencement -St. Anna. Tour ends at the pier. Note: Don’t forget to take your swimming costume, a beach towel, sun protection and sunglasses, bottled water and wear comfortable walking shoes.
